We were so happy to find this place while traveling down to Atlanta. Several us have food intolerances and this place was perfect for our needs. It’s difficult to eat out while traveling so it was nice to have a place where we could eat everything. The lemon herb chicken salad was yummy! We also grabbed some treats to go. We’ll definitely stop by again if we’re ever in the area. The only con is this isn’t a stay and eat place, which wasn’t ideal since we had been in the car for awhile. But there was a bench outside we were able to sit and eat on. It would be nice if they had a few tables to eat at.
the food here is fantastic, simple, fresh and gluten free. but you would never know it. she has vegan and Paleo options as well! I drive from Ringgold to Dalton to grab lunch here. the Owner Cassie Avant is just short it amazing ... worth the trip!!!
Love Real Food Co! Food is fresh and delicious. Their chicken salad is my go-to. Any flavor! Staff is always friendly and helpful. Such an asset to Dalton!
I was so excited to find this place on my drive back to Atlanta. As someone with food allergies it is such a rare treasure to find a place where everything is an option for me and the food is phenomenal! Dalton, you have a real treasure right here and the owner is so nice and committed to real food options!
Such an amazing place! Don’t have to worry about soy or dairy in anything. Organic and locally sourced. The food tastes amazing and everyone is so nice! So happy we have a place like this in town:)

This place is amazing!!! After my cancer diagnosis I cut the sugar and processed stuff and have been struggling! Everything I got today (which was a lot) was amazing! Do not even get me started on the coffee! The girls working there were so sweet also! I cannot recommend this place enough
Wow! We were driving through looking for a healthier option and this spot blew us away! Very customizable and everything I had was great! I went with buffalo chicken salad, and the sweet potato salad! It was so good! Definitely will be back on our next trip through!
What a TREAT!! We stopped in for lunch on our way to Chattanooga and we’re so glad we did. The salad bar was excellent. So fresh and flavorful. Don’t skip the sweet potato salad! Sometimes paleo can have odd flavors or be overly coconuty. Not here. They know what they are doing! All gluten free 🙌🏼 The workers are very friendly and accommodating. We went back in for seconds…more desserts to take home! This is the only fast food you need. Don’t miss Real (Legit) Food Co. : )
